Seventeen years inside the payment stack — SDK, TMS, RKL, acquiring, scheme certification. Has deployed thirty thousand-plus POS terminals in production. Holds direct Mastercard certification. Deep expertise in the EMV kernels and ISO 8583 message layer that run global card payments.

NYU Stern MBA. Scaled a practice within Oracle from zero to $20M+ ARR. Closed strategic $5M+ deals across banks and enterprises. Earlier career at EY in Performance Improvement, New York. Twenty years of professional experience across consulting, enterprise software, and now fintech.
How we work
We are distributed by design. Alex is in Portugal, close to the first live merchant pilots. Liza is in London, leading commercial and partnership work. Konstantin is remote, building the technology. The combination works because the work itself splits cleanly — engineering, partnerships, regulatory — and because we have done this for long enough to know what each of us does best.
