Acceptance is the bundle of software that makes a payment terminal estate work and stay working. It includes the application that runs on each terminal, the developer libraries that platforms use to integrate the terminal into their own software, the back-office system that manages every terminal in the field, and the secure key infrastructure that distributes cryptographic keys to terminals without anyone physically touching the devices.
The four components
Four products, one operational bundle.
Payment Application
The acceptance application that runs on each payment terminal. EMV-compliant, contactless-capable, ready for the schemes that matter in each deployment market. Updated in the field through our terminal management system. Handles the actual conversation between the cardholder, the terminal, and the underlying payment infrastructure.
SDK
The developer libraries that platforms integrate to embed BeamPay-powered acceptance into their own software. Vertical SaaS platforms, marketplace operators, and banks use the SDK to add card-present payment capabilities to their existing products without having to handle the underlying protocol complexity themselves.
Terminal Management System (TMS)
The back-office that operates the terminal estate at scale. Configuration management, software distribution, parameter updates, monitoring, diagnostics. Every operator running more than a handful of terminals needs a TMS — without one, every terminal change requires manual handling.
Remote Key Infrastructure (RKI)
The unglamorous piece that determines whether terminal estates can be operated remotely or require physical handling for every cryptographic key rotation. Secure key distribution to terminals in the field, with the audit trail and key ceremony controls required by the schemes.
Why a bundle
These four products operate as one stack.
The four components of Acceptance are not loosely related products that happen to be sold together. They are the integrated software that lets a payment terminal estate exist as a managed system rather than as a collection of devices that each have to be handled individually.
The Payment Application running on the terminal is updated through the TMS. The SDK integrates the application into platform software. The RKI distributes the keys that secure every transaction the Payment Application processes. Pull any one component out and the other three become significantly less useful in production.

Production credibility
Production-tested at thirty thousand terminals.
The components of Acceptance were developed over five years at a previous company by our co-founders. The same software has been deployed on 30,000+ POS terminals historically. The TMS has managed those terminals at scale. The RKI has handled real production key rotations across real production estates.
The depth matters because the alternative — patching together third-party components, OEM hardware drivers, and generic key management systems — never works as well as software designed to function as an integrated bundle.
